What we collect
This site requires no registration and does not profile its visitors. We process personal data in two cases only.
- When you fill in a form (Contact or Have a project): we receive what you write – full name, email address, phone number, the message itself and, in the quotation form, budget, timing, materials and any attached file.
- Technical browsing data that every web server records: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type. They keep the site running and secure.
Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry and, where needed, prepare a quotation: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box in the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Security and correct operation of the site: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Visit statistics: only with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Who we share it with
Data entered in the forms is transmitted through an external form-delivery service, acting as a data processor, and delivered to amministrazione@nuzzimetaldesign.it. The hosting provider processes technical browsing data. We do not sell or otherwise pass on your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries received through the forms stay in the company mailbox for as long as needed to handle them and, if the relationship continues, for the periods required by tax law. Server logs follow the hosting provider's retention periods.
Your rights
At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to amministrazione@nuzzimetaldesign.it. If you believe the processing breaches the rules you may contact the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
What they are
Small files, or browser storage entries, that a site saves on the visitor's device. Some make the site work, some measure visits, others serve advertising.

At present the site uses no third-party, statistical or profiling cookies. If we enable an analytics tool in future, it will start only after your consent and this table will be updated.
